Getting Principals Talking: Principal Handouts

The Everyone at the Table materials focus on teacher engagement in evaluation reform. But it is equally important that principals also are engaged in evaluation reform initiatives. Many of the teacher engagement strategies outlined in the Moderator’s Guide are applicable for principal engagement, and all teacher handouts can be modified for principals.
